exporter crashes 3ds max

Now we are trying to create a 3d flash app with Yogurt3D.Yogurt looks fine and the API design is quite clean,i like it.but i got problem with exporting our 3d model resources.after clicking the export button,3ds max crashes and empty files were created in the specified folder(,and it doesn't happen every time,we did export a girls head successfully.the chance of not crashing is about 1 out of 20,we tryed a lot of times to export the girl's head.Please give me some help,i think Yogurt3D is great and don't want to give up using it.
os: windows 7 32-bit
3ds max 2009
exported version: Yogurt3D_3DsMax_Exporters_v2 3dsMax 2009 32 bit
